01. Identification & Definitions
This website, located at innovatordesignaps.com, is owned and operated by Innovator Design ApS, a registered Danish entity (CVR: 27917984). For the purposes of these terms, "The Studio" refers to Innovator Design ApS, and "The User" refers to any individual or entity accessing this site or our commercial design services.
Digital Property
Refers to all source code, design layouts, UI components, and digital assets hosted on this domain.
Service Deliverables
Includes all finalized blueprints, interior renderings, and graphic identities produced under contract.
Our studio is physically located at Rubinvej 16, 8700 Horsens, Denmark. All digital and physical interactions are subject to the specific operational boundaries defined in our project-specific agreements.
Architectural Intellectual Property.
Every blueprint, concept sketch, and material selection generated by Innovator Design ApS is the exclusive property of the Studio unless otherwise transferred via a signed Intellectual Property Deed.
- Usage Limit: Visitors may view digital portfolios for inspiration only. No commercial reproduction is permitted without written consent.
- Trademark: The name Innovator Design ApS and all associated logos are protected trademarks under Danish and EU law.
- Blueprints: Technical drawings remain our intellectual property for the purpose of maintaining design integrity across our portfolio.
User Conduct & Access
We maintain a high-precision digital environment. Access to our services requires adherence to the following professional standards.
No Extraction
Automated data scraping, image harvesting, or technical extraction of design assets is strictly prohibited.
Integrity
Users must not attempt to bypass site security or compromise the performance of our digital studio tools.
Lawful Use

Design Engagement Scope.
The terms on this page relate to website usage. Physical design projects are governed by our Master Service Agreement (MSA), which includes detailed project boundaries.
Notice of Fit
We provide high-end, custom design. We reserve the right to decline engagements that do not align with our studio’s technical or aesthetic standards.
Limitation of Liability
Innovator Design ApS provides this website and its content on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for architectural perfection in our projects, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, The Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or reliance on information provided herein.
