01. Pricing & Fees
Our fees are structured as a combination of a fixed design fee based on square footage and a percentage management fee for procurement and contractor oversight. This ensures that our interests are aligned with yours: delivering high-quality results within a predictable budget. We provide a full breakdown in our initial engagement agreement.
While we don't have a hard minimum, we specialize in high-end, material-focused product design. To ensure the level of technical prototyping and manufacturing liaison we are known for, project scopes typically start at a level that allows for rigorous material testing and refinement. 02. Design Process
Our standard agreement includes two major revision cycles during the schematic design phase. We believe in deep alignment at the start, which reduces the need for endless tweaks later. Beyond two cycles, additional work is billed at a fixed studio hourly rate, which is transparently documented in your contract.
Innovator Design ApS is an architectural and product design studio, not a manufacturer. However, we have a curated network of elite fabricators in Denmark and beyond. We oversee the technical handoff, review prototypes, and perform quality control inspections to ensure the finished product matches the digital blueprint exactly.
03. Project Management
Every project is assigned a Lead Designer who serves as your direct advocate and technical lead. They manage all contractor communications and timeline updates. You will also have periodic reviews with the Creative Director to ensure the high-level vision is being meticulously executed.
While we cannot control supply chain volatility or contractor staffing, we actively manage the buffer in our project schedules. Our management protocol includes weekly status reports that flag potential risks early. If a third-party delay occurs, we work immediately to find alternative solutions or adjust the sequence of work to minimize impact on the final move-in or launch date.
